How fast can I get started with Spanish Classes?
Online Classes
For Online Classes you are able to have your First officialclass in the next 3-5 business days after the registering for a package of hours.
In-Person Classes
For In-Person you are able to have your first official class in the next 10-15 business days after the registering for a package of hours.

How can I pay?
You are able to pay in 1-time payment to receive a 6% discount via Stripe or you may elect to pay in Fixed Monthly Payments via Partial.ly.
- Payments Do Not Renew Once Paid Off.
- You have 12-months to complete your hours from date of registration.
How many classes can I buy?
The Package of Hours will expire 12 months from the date of the original purchase of hours.
What are the extra help sessions?
Extra Help Sessions (1-8 credits depending on your package) are complimentary 30-minute sessions designed to boost your confidence in speaking Spanish. They provide an overview of ASI resources, best practices for improving Spanish outside of class, targeted conversation or grammar review, and serve as progress checkpoints every 10 hours of classes. Sessions are recorded to track improvement, and you can schedule additional ones as needed for extra practice or clarification.
What is the welcome orientation?
This complimentary Welcome Orientation assesses your speaking level and introduces you to 1-on-1 online lessons. Scheduled before your first official class, it provides an overview of ASI resources, best practices for learning Spanish, and goal-setting for accountability. Sessions are recorded to track progress, and you’ll also learn how to schedule future 30-minute help sessions for extra practice or grammar support.
What is the refund policy?
We want you to feel confident in your investment in learning Spanish. If you decide not to continue, you can request a full refund for any unused hours in your package within 30 days from the date of registration. To help us improve, we kindly ask that you complete a class feedback survey. This guarantee ensures you can explore our program risk-free while helping us enhance the learning experience.
How do Hybrid Classes Work?
Here is an example overview of how we are able to divide the 40-hours of 1-on-1 Online Spanish Classes into a hybrid format. Please see below:
1. You are able to take 40-hours of 1-on-1 Online and 0 hours of In-Person Spanish Classes.
2. You could take 30-hours of Online and 5 hours of In-Person Spanish Classes.
