Understanding The Enrollment Process & Payment Options with Atlanta Spanish Immersion

Your Spanish learning is flexible, clear, and fully supported with simple installment options and 12 months to complete your lessons.

At Atlanta Spanish Immersion, we’re committed to making your Spanish learning experience not only effective but also flexible and transparent. Whether you’ve registered for 10,20, 40, or 80 hours of online lessons, it’s important to understand how your payment plan works so you can make the most of your time with us.

Below, we’ll explain everything you need to know about your registration, payment schedule, and what to expect along the way.

Your Lesson Commitment

When you register for a package (for example, 20 hours of online lessons), you’re committing to a specific number of private, 1-on-1 Spanish classes with one of our instructors.

We offer two flexible payment options:

  1. A one-time payment for the full package.
  2. An installment plan through our payment partner, Partial.ly, which allows you to spread out your payments with ease.

How the Payment Plan Works

Your installment plan is designed to make language learning more accessible — but it’s important to note that this is not a subscription.

Here’s how it works:

  • Your total package is divided into 2-8 monthly payments.
  • Payments are processed automatically on the same date each month.
  • Once you complete all payments, your plan ends — it doesn’t renew automatically.

Example:
If you register for a 40-hour package on August 5th, 2025 your first payment of $190 is charged that day. The next 5 payments occur automatically on September 5th, October 5th, and November 5th, December 5th and January 5th, 2026. The total would be $1,140 after the 6-months.

You Have 12 Months to Complete Your Lessons

We understand that life gets busy! That’s why you have 12 months from your registration date to complete all the hours in your package.

You can move at your own pace — whether that means taking multiple classes per week or spreading them out throughout the year.

However, please note that the payment plan continues as scheduled, even if you take a break from lessons for a few weeks or months.

What Happens If You Finish Early?

If you finish your hours but still have payments remaining and want to keep learning, we can consolidate your remaining balance into a new package.

That means you’ll have just one monthly payment instead of two. Simply email our team at hola@atlantaspanish.com and let us know how many hours you’d like to register for next.
