  • One of the most useful features of TutorBird is the ability to view your credit balance at any time. This makes it simple to keep track of how many classes you have left in your package. Here’s how it works:
    • When you register for a package of hours, the total amount you pay is divided by the number of hours included in that package. This gives you the cost per hour.
    • For example, if you purchased the 40-hour package with a one-time payment of $1,080, then each class is worth $27 per hour ($1,080 ÷ 40 = $27).
    • As you take classes, the system automatically subtracts the value of each session from your account balance.
    • If you check your account and see that you have a remaining balance of $324, you simply divide that amount by your hourly rate of $27/hour.
    • In this case: $324 ÷ $27 = 12 hours remaining.

     

This way, you’ll always know exactly how many classes are left in your package without having to keep track on your own. The system is designed to give you peace of mind and help you plan ahead, whether you’re taking classes weekly or scheduling them as your calendar allows.
